Preston Driving Schools courses range from taking just one hour per week right up to you passing your test or alternatively taking driving lessons over a quicker period such as on a Quick Pass Intensive Course spreading your driving lessons over a period of one to six weeks. The Quick Pass Intensive Courses are also commonly known as One Week Courses or Crash Courses.
You have a choice as to how you would like to learn how to drive in one of the following three ways:
The first thing you should do is have a no obligation one hour assessment lesson with one of our driving instructors at a reduced rate of just £10. From this lesson your driving instructor will be able to work out approximately how many driving lessons you are likely to need to get up to an acceptable standard to take a driving test. Your instructor will discuss with you the best way for you to learn how to drive after taking into account your wishes and your current standard. This one hour assessment lesson is not only your chance to assess us as a driving school but also your driving instructor and the training car. If you are not happy in anyway with us as a school or your instructor or the training car please call us immediately so that we can sort things out. We have noticed that some other driving schools websites state a set number of hours for their driving courses, we would advise you to be careful when reading these because each person is different and it is impossible for any school or instructor to accurately quote an exact number of hours for you to take before you pass your driving test. Please remember that when you are learning how to drive the most important thing is for you to become a very safe driver. To pass your driving test first time it is just a natural progression of you becoming that safe driver. After passing your driving test you can improve your skills further and get the benefit of reduced car insurance by taking a Pass Plus Course with your instructor. This is not compulsory but it is advised by both the DSA and Preston Driving School. |
